SMS & AI Calling Terms
Last Updated: October 11, 2026
These SMS & AI Calling Terms describe how AVARA Marketing Agency communicates with individuals who request information about our services, consultations, and business solutions.
1. About AVARA Communications
AVARA Marketing Agency may communicate with eligible individuals regarding inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, requested service information, and other communications permitted by applicable law and the individual's consent.
2. SMS Messaging Program
AVARA may send text messages concerning:
- Requested consultations
- Appointment scheduling and reminders
- Responses to business inquiries
- Service information and follow-up
- AI Client Concierge invitations, where permitted
Message frequency varies depending on the interaction and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. AI-Assisted and Automated Voice Calls
AVARA may use automated technology, including artificial or AI-generated voices, to contact individuals who have provided the legally required authorization. Callers may interact with an AI assistant rather than a human. The AVARA AI Client Concierge may:
- Answer questions about AVARA services
- Discuss business needs
- Collect relevant consultation information
- Offer available appointment times
- Schedule consultations
- Transfer conversations to an appropriate representative when available
Interactions with the AI assistant are automated. Consent to receive SMS messages does not, by itself, authorize AI-assisted voice calls; separate authorization may be required under applicable law.
4. How Consent Is Provided
Where legally permitted and after the required disclosures are presented, an individual may provide affirmative electronic consent by replying YES to a specific AVARA SMS invitation. Consent is limited to the scope described in the applicable invitation and does not automatically authorize unrelated communications.
AVARA may maintain records of the consent request, disclosure version, affirmative response, date, time, and associated phone number. A YES reply may not, by itself, constitute legally sufficient consent in all circumstances; the adequacy of consent depends on applicable legal requirements and the specific context of each communication.
5. How to Opt Out
Individuals may reply STOP to an AVARA SMS message to opt out of the applicable messaging program. Individuals may also request that AVARA stop calling them, including by communicating that request during an AI-assisted call. AVARA will honor applicable revocation requests and may send a legally permitted confirmation of an opt-out.
6. Help and Contact Information
For assistance, reply HELP where supported, or contact AVARA Marketing Agency at 866-345-0992 or contact@avarahq.com.
7. Call Recording and Quality Assurance
Calls may be monitored or recorded where legally permitted and subject to applicable notice and consent requirements. Visiting this page alone does not constitute consent to call recording.
8. Privacy and Information Handling
AVARA may process contact details, message history, consultation information, and relevant consent records to operate its communications and scheduling systems. For more information, see the AVARA Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Service Providers
AVARA may use third-party communications, CRM, scheduling, and AI service providers to deliver authorized communications, subject to applicable privacy and security obligations. Personal information may be shared with such providers to the extent necessary to deliver authorized communications.
10. Changes to These Terms
AVARA may update these terms and publish the revised version with an updated effective date. Updates do not retroactively expand previously granted consent.
